Do you ever have those days where you’re too tired to take off your makeup, cleanse, and rinse your face? It can be tempting to just do a mediocre job and hop into bed after a long day… but we all know we’ll regret it the next day if we do! There’s nothing like the feeling of clean and healthy skin when we wake up in the morning – that’s why most of us have skincare regimens to achieve this.

The cool thing about this product is the micelle technology that attracts dirt, oil and makeup like a magnet! All without harsh rubbing,  leaving skin perfectly clean and refreshed without over-drying. It comes in 3 versions that are great for all skin types: Original (my favourite), Waterproof (for stubborn makeup like waterproof mascara), and Mattifying (for oily skin). My favourite is the Original Micellar Cleansing Water. I love that it’s great for all skin types (even sensitive) and is surprisingly powerful for taking off makeup, yet gentle and refreshing for my skin. I use it at night to take off my makeup and to cleanse my skin. I especially love it because I have eyelash extensions. When I use a regular cleanser, I have to be extra careful to avoid my lash extensions, but with this product, I can easily maneuver around my face to avoid the extensions, but still take all my makeup off.

It’s super easy to use, I just take a few cotton pads and apply a generous of the Micellar Cleansing Water onto them. Then I wipe the makeup off my face in light circular motions. I do this with several cotton pads to make sure that my skin is completely clean and there is no makeup left. There is no need to rinse after!

If you don’t have eyelash extensions, this blue bottled version does wonders for taking off waterproof mascara. I often wear waterproof mascara on my bottom lashes and this Waterproof version of the Micellar Cleansing Water always takes it right off without harsh rubbing because it is specially formulated to effectively dissolve waterproof makeup, yet still leaves skin cleansed and refreshed (and it’s good for sensitive skin too)!

For those with oily skin, I would recommend trying this green bottle that mattifies skin. This is great for sensitive skin as well and is specifically formulated to help purify pores. I reach for it when I find myself breaking out.

This facial mist spray is made with rose water, so it instantly hydrates and refreshes skin, even after makeup is applied! This face mist is suitable for all skin types too, even sensitive skin.
