Most people wait until January 1st to start their New Year’s cleanse. Heck, I did that last year, but this year I decided to switch it up and start in November! I’m super excited that I’m getting a head start to achieving a new healthy me before the New Year. I just finished the10-day Cleanse Phase, and while and I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started, I was pleased with the results after just day 1! The Cleanse Phase includes taking a 10-day Herbal Cleanse System (a duo of 2 products) that helps with internal cleansing and improved digestion. I started each morning by taking the probiotic (AM) and ended my nights with the vitamin and herbal dietary supplement (PM). Another supplement I took daily was the OmegaPlex Omega-3 Fatty Acid Dietary Supplement which helps support cardiovascular health and brain function.

I loved that these 3 products were part of the Cleanse Phase because they did just that for my body – cleanse it. I felt lighter and healthier after just a few days! Plus, all these supplements come in pill form and are very easy to take with water.

Two other products included as part of the Cleanse Phase are AdvoCare’s Dietary Fibre Supplement and the Spark Energy Stick Packs. I took the Dietary Fibre Supplement right before lunch. To do this, I mixed the pack with a tall glass of water. I love that it’s flavourless, making it easy to drink.

I also used the Spark Stick Packs the same way as the Fibre Supplement – mixed into a tall glass of water and drink. I drank about 1-2 of these a day depending on how I felt. They gave me a boost of energy when I needed it and this Fruit Punch flavour is DELICIOUS!

I am about to start the Max Phase and will update you all on how it goes! The next 14-day Max Phase comes with 3 products – a Protein Vitamin Shake, MNS 3 Metabolic Dietary Supplement, and more Spark Energy Stick Packs.
