Most Loved Hair Styling Products This Summer

Summer is one of my favourite times of year to play around with my hair and try new styles! There are so many fun ways to create waves, curls, and endless possibilities with pretty braids. My hair is pretty thick, so it’s very stubborn when it comes to styling it. These are four products that I reached for the most when dealing with my hair this Summer so far.

1. Klorane Non-Aerosol Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk

I find that my hair is easier to style day 2 and 3 after a wash. To keep it fresh though, I always use dry shampoo to achieve clean hair in minutes (seriously, it’s a godsend)! I prefer this aerosol-free dry shampoo by Klorane over others because the loose powder formula is hypoallergenic, vegan, and free of sodium chloride, silicone, and colorants. It’s also easy to pack and travel with, and it works great for sensitive scalps.

2. Electric C-2 Smoothing Cream

One of my favourite things to do for an effortless look (like loose curls or waves) is blow dry my hair with round brushes. I always use a smoothing cream to get that flawless, sleek finish. This smoothing cream by Electric London is my favourite right now! It contains heat protecting elements and I love the light and luxurious texture. This works on all hair types too, I use it whenever I style my hair with hot tools.

3. Joico Beach Shake

This is my secret to effortless, touchable, tousled beach waves when I don’t have time for hot tools. It’s super easy to use and is great for those with medium to thick hair. I love how quick drying it is and instantly gives a natural satin finish. Plus it smells really good too!

4. Ouai Memory Mist

I CANNOT live without this when I curl my hair! It primes hair and locks in any style, shape or texture and really holds each curl throughout the day. I lightly mist this on each section before I use my curling iron to shield strands from heat and it works like a charm! Less restyling and less damage!
