Like many who are fashion obsessed, I have a soft spot for luxury items – especially handbags and shoes. I love how a great bag and shoes can pull an outfit together. You often see me talk about “cost-per-wear” and that’s exactly what you’ll get with nicer items, I personally much prefer quality items that I can wear time after time and that I know will last.

While I love getting these luxury pieces to build my collection and I lust after many, I’m not a collector. I truly believe that everything should be worn and used. Especially when an item is expensive, I don’t think it’s wise to just let it sit on the shelf. This is exactly what’s starting to happen to my Celine Trapeze bag – I convinced myself I wanted to keep it for sentimental reasons… but then I realized how silly it was, so now I’d like to find it a new home!

Mcouture.com is a Canadian luxury consignment website which has just relaunched and I’m super excited to be working with them! They believe in keeping your wardrobe fresh, all while being part of the sustainable fashion movement by giving your old clothes and accessories a second life or shopping pre-loved. I love that they’re Canadian too! For you US babes, it means that you’ll be getting a discount since the CAD dollar is currently a bit lower than USD. For you Canadian babes, it means you won’t have to pay extra after currency conversion like on most other US based consignment websites. They’re the ultimate platform to purchase and sell second-hand, high end fashion items.

I’ll be selling my beloved Celine Trapeze in nude. I take very good care of all my items and I didn’t use this nearly as much as my other bags, so it’s in perfect condition. The bag comes with everything from the original purchase (dust bag & authenticity card). This bag is special because I bought it as a graduation present to myself  when I was in Paris with my best friend. As much as I love it, I made the mistake of buying multiple neutral handbags and unfortunately I just don’t reach for this one as much anymore.

Visit MCouture to shop and see more photos of my Celine Trapeze bag! They have other great items so maybe you’ll find something else you like too 🙂
