January Beauty Favourites

I’ve adopted a new skincare regime for the new year and couldn’t be happier! Below are a few of my favourite products that won’t break the bank – totally recommend them all!

I’ll list them from top to bottom, left to right.

1. Wyld Konjac Facial Sponge
I prefer this to using a facial brush – konjac is 100% alkaline so it will help balance the pH of your skin while still gently exfoliating and cleansing. This one by Wyld Skincare is infused with natural activated bamboo charcoal to draw out excess oil, zap bacteria and detoxify.

2. Jade Roller
This is my new obsession! Sometimes I get those days where my face just puffs up like a balloon and this is a life saver. I use it to gently massage my face by rolling it up and down my neck, then the sides of my face, forehead, and nose. It improves blood circulation, skin tone and also elasticity of the skin (since the jade stays cold when in direct contact with the skin, it can also tighten pores).
I got mine off Amazon. There’s a lot at different price points!

3. Darphin INTRAL Redness Relief Soothing Serum
I adore this serum because it’s super light and can be applied under any other face products. It helps soothe and reduce redness (a problem I have in the colder months). I use it in the morning and night – a little goes a long way!

4. Tangle Teezer
I’m pledging to give my hair much more attention this year, so I always have my Tangle Teezer with me. I like how they come in so many colours and is compact (I just throw it in my purse). Just a few brushes will keep your hair soft, shiny, and smooth. I think everyone should have one in their favourite colour!

5. Kopari Coconut Body Oil
I LOVE coconut oil – it’s so multi-functional and smells amazing. I adore Kopari because they take coconut oil to the next level. This coconut dry oil is super lightweight and absorbs very quickly. My skin feels and smells amazing after… I’m addicted to this stuff.

6. Plume Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum
This has been helping me get fuller eyelashes naturally! I had been getting eyelash extensions done for a while, but want to break that habit and rediscover mascara this year. It’s been working great and I’m super happy with how my lashes look with just one coat of mascara. Eyelash extensions can get expensive over time, so this is a great alternative that looks just as good! You can also use it on your brows 🙂

Let me know if any of you have tried these and what you think, or if you want me to go more in depth about any of the products in a separate post!
